EFT / tapping is a mind-body method of tapping acupuncture points (acupoints) on the hands, face, and body with your fingertips, while focusing on an issue or feeling you're hoping to resolve.
This safe and gentle method can help to reduce stress and anxiety, pain, improve performance, lessen cravings, and help resolve fears by releasing emotional, physical and mental blockages within our body's energy system.
As we tap on the points we send calming signals to the amygdala part of the brain, enabling us to feel safe and relax. Tapping balances and harmonises our central nervous system, reduces cortisol, uses the bodies meridian points to shift blocked energy and takes us out of the fright, freeze, flight response.
